I try to make it an annual tradition: Get to Weehawken and ferry over to Midtown. Stroll into the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center and enjoy the day checking out the hottest new rides to hit the market.
Unique rides parked out front, Jeep trails to test and there’s that feeling you’re going over, sit in cars you’ll never afford, and strike up conversations with the reps like you’re interested in buying a Bugatti.
It’s always interesting to see the lines of tomorrow’s rides. The new art the designers spend countless hours trying to perfect and seeing that brought to life. Seeing what’s changing for the better, what’s not living up to the hype, and what’s the next mind-blowing tech.
New York International Auto Show is always a winner for me.
